At Handbag Social Club, we want you to love your luxury purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition with all security tags and authentication cards intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the handbag in its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all accessories, authenticity certificates, and tags are included.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and ensure any previous shipping barcodes are covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
